Maybe it’s a HR onboarding agent that guides new starters through personalised tasks, policies and forms, or an IT knowledge base that instantly answers staff questions by searching validated internal documents and escalating to the help desk when needed. Pick one and get started – land the tool and then you can expand it.
- Get everyone involved – As we know with traditional innovation projects, the best solutions can come from all corners of the business. So, consider how you can engage all levels and roles. I’ve seen a few examples of companies holding Copilot Innovation Sessions where all team members are encouraged to come and play with the tool. It’s a great way of discovering and creating solutions to everyday challenges that might not even be on the leadership radar, too.
Is Microsoft Copilot Studio safe?
